Platform

Platform Architecture

A public overview of how SME Analytica is organized across AI products, consulting delivery, data privacy, and integration surfaces.

01

Commercial Architecture

SME Analytica has three product lines: Conversa for real-estate lead automation, Facturia for WhatsApp-first bookkeeping and VeriFactu readiness, and MenuFlow for ROS-backed restaurant operations. Consulting projects reuse the same production patterns for custom workflows.

Conversa: WhatsApp lead response, qualification, calendar booking, and human handoff.

Facturia: invoice capture, expense categorization, IVA summaries, and VeriFactu-ready workflows.

MenuFlow: QR ordering, restaurant dashboards, kitchen/staff coordination, realtime order updates, and controlled implementation.

Consulting: workflow agents, document extraction, reporting assistants, and production stabilization.

02

Integration Principles

The platform is designed to sit beside the tools small businesses already use: WhatsApp, email, calendars, CRMs, and accounting workflows. The goal is less dashboard time, not another operational cockpit.

03

Security Posture

Public architecture docs explain product boundaries and user-facing workflows. Private deployment details, credentials, internal routes, customer identifiers, and operational runbooks stay outside the public site.
