By using SME Analytica, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using SME Analytica's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of service

SME Analytica is a systems integration and custom software company. We work inside our clients' operations to build custom software, integrations between systems, data pipelines and dashboards, internal tools, web and mobile apps, automation, and AI where it adds value, and we take that work into production. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are agreed in writing before work starts. SME Analytica also operates its own products (Conversa, Facturia and MenuFlow), which may carry additional terms on their own pages.

3. User accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data privacy

We take data privacy seriously. Your business data is encrypted and stored securely. We will not share, sell, or distribute your data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

5. Service availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, SME Analytica does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.

6. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of SME Analytica, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by SME Analytica and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

SME Analytica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
