At SME Analytica, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and business data.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, configuring a contracted workflow, or contacting support. This may include contact, company, configuration, and operational data required for the service. Consent-gated website analytics may collect limited technical and usage information; the current analytics contract excludes chat content, property data, and customer-sensitive payloads. Contact and demo requests submitted through this site are stored for follow-up and service records and are deleted or anonymized within 12 months.
We use information to deliver the contracted service, operate support, secure the platform, and meet documented legal obligations. Customer content is not intentionally used to train shared SME Analytica models. Any materially different use requires a documented legal basis and, where applicable, explicit written opt-in.
Your data security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Our servers are hosted in secure, certified data centers with multiple layers of security. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it to provide our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your explicit consent, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform under strict confidentiality agreements.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time, and we will comply within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain certain information. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data according to our retention schedule.
If you are located outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. We ensure that all international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and include appropriate safeguards to protect your data.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can also opt out of certain communications and request a copy of your data. For EU residents, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing activities.
Essential storage keeps the site working. Optional analytics, including Microsoft Clarity and PostHog where configured, starts only after analytics consent and is signalled as denied when consent is withdrawn. Optional Meta advertising measurement requires separate marketing consent and a verified, explicitly enabled Meta asset. Use Manage and Save choices to select Analytics and Marketing independently, then reopen Cookie settings at any time to change or withdraw either choice. The general landing page does not request browser location or use an IP-geolocation lookup to choose language or market. We may pass a limited allowlist of generic UTM campaign labels to the Conversa demo after analytics consent; Meta click identifiers are not forwarded after a marketing decline. This describes the current implementation, not a legal compliance determination.
