Operating layer you can test before a sales call

Test the workflow before you trust it.
Then put it to work in your inbox.
With every action logged.

SME Analytica builds a demo-first operating layer for small businesses: WhatsApp leads, invoice drafts, service requests. You see the workflow run first, with review gates, factual proof, and logs. No black-box promises. No customer-facing action without the control line you choose.

Demo-first, trust-first

Start with proof, then connect the channels.

Before a rollout, we show the workflow in a testable demo. When it fits, WhatsApp, email, phone, calendar, QR, and portals feed the same operating layer. You see one inbox. You leave one trail.

One operating layer. Three practical starting points.

Start with the workflow you can test fastest. Same intake, same review line, same receipt format across leads, invoices, and service. Scale only after the proof is visible.

Conversa · real estate agencies · Spain/EU practical

Try the WhatsApp lead workflow before a call.

Scan the live Conversa workflow, send buyer messages in Spanish, English, or Arabic, and see how it qualifies interest, drafts replies, and prepares viewing handoff. CRM connection is optional at the start: small agencies can begin lightweight, then connect calendars, listings, and CRM when the process proves itself. Founder-led onboarding keeps the first setup practical.

We stopped losing the late-evening inquiries we always lost. The first viewing booked at 22:14 paid for the pilot.

From demo to pilot

Test it first. Ship one controlled workflow next.

  1. 01

    Test

Try a working demo before the sales call. Ask awkward questions. Look for the logs, confidence line, and human review gate.

  2. 02

    Map

Pick one workflow and define where AI drafts, where it waits, and who approves customer-facing actions.

  3. 03

    Pilot

Go live with the smallest useful slice on your own data. First controlled workflow targets 5–10 working days when access is ready.

Trust posture

No black-box promises. Show the work.

We use proof you can inspect: live demos, thresholds, review gates, and audit logs. Every AI action carries context and a confidence line. Below threshold, it stops and pings the person you named. Risky actions stay review-before-send. Your customer should never see a mistake before you do.

Three states. Always visible.

AI confident

Action inside scope. Reply or draft logged. Continue.

Below threshold

Stop. Ping the human you named. Wait for hand-back.

Review required

Invoice, compliance, or edge-case action waits for confirmation.

What pilots said.

We stopped losing the late-evening inquiries we always lost. The first viewing booked at 22:14 paid for the pilot.
Operations director · Spanish real estate agency
I dictate invoices on my walk between visits. Drafts wait for me, I confirm at lunch. That's the whole change.
Autónomo · Valencia · gestoría
When confidence drops, it pings me, not the customer. That trust line is what made me keep it running.
Founder · 3-person agency

AI-first, with human handoff when needed. Customer names stay private unless they approve a named reference. No invented logos.

Operating rules

How the suite stays practical.

Demos first

Try the workflow before the call. The proof is the system running, not a promise deck.

Conversa

WhatsApp lead workflows for property agencies in Spanish, English, and Arabic, with lightweight starts for small teams.

VeriFactu preparation

Facturia drafts, validates, and waits for review. AEAT production requires confirmation and certificate/apoderamiento setup.

No vendor lock-in

Your data stays in WhatsApp, your CRM, your calendar, or the lightweight product workspace. You take the audit log when you leave.

Pilot · 2 weeks

Pause anytime. Leave anytime. Founder-led onboarding keeps the first workflow small enough to inspect.

Honest limits

AI handles repetitive work. Humans handle judgment, negotiation, compliance confirmation, and edge cases.

Connect only what helps

Start lightweight. Add CRM/API only when the workflow proves it.

Honest answers

What buyers ask before they sign.

Can I test it before a sales call?+

Yes. For Conversa, start with the live WhatsApp workflow and try to make it slip. The demo does not require believing a logo wall. Before production data or outbound customer actions, we confirm scope, permissions, reviewers, and logs.

Do I need a CRM or integrations on day one?+

No. Small agencies can start lightweight with listings, rules, and handoff steps managed in the product workspace. Calendar, CRM, portal, or API connections are added only when useful and confirmed.

Does Facturia automatically handle VeriFactu or AEAT?+

No. Facturia prepares invoice drafts and validation checks for review. AEAT production submission is gated by paid access, certificate or apoderamiento setup, and explicit confirmation. Your gestor stays in the loop where you want.

What about data privacy and customer info?+

Your customer data stays in the tools it already lives in: WhatsApp, CRM, calendar, or the scoped product workspace. Per-pilot DPAs are signed before production data moves, and audit logs remain exportable.

How long until I see it work?+

You can test the public workflow first. For a production pilot, the first useful slice targets 5–10 working days once access, data, and reviewer rules are ready. One workflow first. The rest only after it earns more trust.

What if I want to leave?+

Pilot ends, your data stays where it was: in your tools or exportable workspace. You walk out with the audit log, prompt library, and config. Integrations unpoint. No lock-in.
