What does SME Analytica do?

Forward-deployed engineering. We put engineers inside your operation to connect your systems and your data, build the software that is missing and put it into production. We use AI where it pays off, with a log of what it does and a person reviewing whatever is not a machine's call.

Is it only AI?

No. We build custom software, integrations between systems, data pipelines and dashboards, internal tools, web and mobile apps, automation and the modernisation of legacy systems. AI is one of the tools. Sometimes the right answer is a well-built integration, not a model.

Do I have to change my systems?

No. We work with what you already have: an ERP, a shared Excel file, the CRM, email, WhatsApp or an application that is twenty years old.

Can you work with our IT team or our provider?

Yes. We work inside your IT team, alongside your current provider, or as a subcontractor to an integrator on larger projects.

How does an engagement start?

With a Recon, at a fixed price. We map the process, the data and the systems, and you leave with a plan and a fixed quote. If we carry on, it is credited against Launch.

How long until it is in production?

Launch takes 3 to 4 weeks at a fixed price, quoted once the Recon is done: 50% at the start and 50% when it goes into production. After that it runs In Orbit, and Mission Control covers support, adjustments and improvements each month.

Do you work with the public sector?

Yes. From the workshop to the ministry: town halls, public bodies and companies of every size. The method is the same.
