Buyer enquiries, answered.
Their language, their hour.
Handed to your agent to close.
Buyer enquiries land on WhatsApp after hours and sit there until someone opens the laptop. Conversa replies from your listings, in Spanish, English or Arabic, and stops where judgment starts.

A buyer messages at nine. Nobody is in the office.
They want to know whether the flat on the corner is still available, and whether they can see it on Saturday. The message sits there until the morning. By then they have a viewing booked with the agency that answered.
The same message arrives from Idealista, Fotocasa, Property Finder, Bayut, your own site, or straight to the agency WhatsApp number.
It answers the property questions and books the viewing. Then it stops.
Conversa replies with what is true about that property: whether it is still available, the price, the floor, the parking, whatever you put in the listing. It offers a time and puts the viewing in your calendar. It reads the language the buyer wrote in and answers in it, Spanish, English or Arabic.
Everything after that is yours. A negotiation, an offer, a question the listing does not answer: it hands the conversation to the person you named, with the whole thread attached.
Three states, and you can see which one you are in.
The answer is in the listing. It replies, and the reply is logged where you can read it.
Below the confidence line you set, it stops and pings the person you named. It does not guess in front of your buyer.
Price, offers, anything that needs a decision. It hands over instead of deciding.
What it has actually done in production, with the definitions and the limits, is published rather than summarised.Read the evidence report
The parts that are your job stay your job.
- It does not win you listings.
- Winning the instruction, the valuation, the relationship with the owner: that is your work and it stays your work. Conversa works on the buyers who already wrote to you.
- It does not message anyone first.
- It replies to people who write to you, and follows up with those same people. It does not go looking for strangers to WhatsApp.
- It does not do the viewing.
- It books it. Someone from your team still opens the door.
- It does not reduce your portal bill.
- Idealista, Fotocasa, Property Finder: those invoices are exactly what they were.
- It does not run the deal after the offer.
- Paperwork, lawyers, the weeks that drag: people do those, and should.
What buyers ask before they sign.
Will my buyer know they are talking to software?+
Yes. Conversa says so, and it does not pretend to be one of your agents. It answers from your listing, and where it is out of its depth it stops and passes the conversation to the person you named rather than guessing in front of your client.
Every agency is being pitched AI right now. Why would I believe this one?+
You should not, on the strength of a page. Message the live demo on WhatsApp, put your buyers' real questions to it in Spanish, English or Arabic, and watch where it stops. No signup needed. If you would rather see it guided, ask for a short call.
What happens when it gets something wrong?+
You set the confidence line. Below it, Conversa stops and pings the person you named instead of answering. What it does is logged.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your listings, the rules you want it to follow, and the name of the person who takes over when it stops. A first controlled workflow targets 5–10 working days once access, data and reviewer rules are ready. A CRM is not a requirement to begin.
How does my WhatsApp get connected, and when does billing start?+
You scan a QR from your phone, the way you add WhatsApp Web, and Conversa becomes a linked device on your line. It is your number, not one of ours, and not the official WhatsApp Business API: your team carries on using the same WhatsApp, and you can unlink Conversa from the phone whenever you want. Setup starts with a handful of your listings loaded directly, and portal imports come later, only if they earn it. Bookings are held in the Conversa calendar, with a Google Calendar copy if you choose to connect one. The €500 implementation fee is one time, and the subscription starts billing when you go live on your number.
What about my clients' data?+
It stays in the tools it already lives in: WhatsApp, your CRM, your calendar, or the scoped product workspace.
What if I want to leave?+
Your data stays where it was, in your tools or the scoped product workspace, and we delete what we hold on request. The integrations unpoint. No lock-in.

Ask it the question your buyers ask most.
Bring the enquiry you get most often, in Spanish, English or Arabic. If Conversa cannot answer it properly, you will hear that on the call rather than after the invoice.
