Systems integration, custom software and AI
Systems integration that connects what you already run
Pilot. Production. Built to stay.
In short
SME Analytica is a systems integration and custom software firm. We are based in Valencia, Spain, and work with small businesses, mid-sized companies, consultancies, integrators and public bodies in Spain and across the European Union, the UK and the US, remotely, in English and Spanish. We embed in your operation, connect your systems, build the software that is missing and add AI where it pays off. We connect the ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, online store and older applications you already run, so you do not have to replace them. Every engagement runs in fixed-price stages, starting with a Recon, and ends in production, not in a demo.
Embed. Integrate. Ship.
What we connect and build
Systems integration
ERP, CRM, finance, email, WhatsApp, calendars, spreadsheets, e-commerce and legacy applications, connected so data moves on its own.
Custom software
Applications and internal tools built for your process, with users, permissions and a record of what happens.
Data and dashboards
Data from several systems, clean and in one place, with dashboards that update themselves.
Web and mobile apps
For your team or your customers, connected to what you already have.
Legacy modernisation
Getting data and functions out of older systems without stopping them, and replacing them piece by piece.
Process automation
Repetitive steps done by the system, with a person approving what needs approval.
AI where it pays off
Classifying, extracting, replying or summarising, only where it improves the result, with clear limits and human review. Sometimes the right answer is a well-built integration, not a model.
Who we work with
From the workshop to the ministry. The method is the same for all of them.
Small businesses that run on a spreadsheet and a few tools that do not talk to each other.
Mid-sized and larger companies with an ERP, a CRM and several systems holding the same data in different places.
E-commerce businesses that need the store, the ERP, stock and invoicing working from the same data.
Consultancies and systems integrators that need a subcontractor for an integration, data, application or AI lot, under their brand and methodology.
Public bodies with case files, registers and applications that are years old, through the integrators and contracts that already exist.
How an engagement works
Each stage has a fixed price, set before it starts. We do not publish rates because every job is sized in the Recon.
1
Recon
Fixed price
We map the process, the data and the systems. You leave with a plan and a fixed quote. If we carry on, the Recon is credited against Launch.
2
Launch
3 to 4 weeks, fixed price
We build and integrate, with your real data. 50% at the start and 50% when it goes into production.
3
In Orbit
In production
The system runs on its own, with a log of what it does and a person wherever one is needed.
4
Mission Control
Monthly
Support, adjustments and improvements as your business changes.
No salespeople, no middlemen. The engineer who diagnoses is the engineer who builds.
What we have built
Conversa
A WhatsApp agent connected to an estate agency's CRM
Conversa answers buyer enquiries on WhatsApp with each property's details, qualifies the buyer and hands a person whatever is not its call. It is in production.
Facturia
Automated invoicing
Invoices by WhatsApp or web, expenses from a photo and the quarterly tax forms prepared, with a person approving before anything is sent. Facturia is in production, and we run our own invoicing on it every day.
Frequently asked questions
- Are you a systems integration firm for SMEs?
- Yes. Small and mid-sized businesses are a large part of our work. We connect the systems they already run (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp, e-commerce and legacy applications) and build the software that is missing between them, in fixed-price stages that end in production.
- Can you be our custom software and AI integration partner in Europe?
- Yes. We are based in Valencia, Spain, and work with organisations across the EU, remotely, in English and Spanish. We build software, integrations and data first, and add AI only where it pays off, with a log of what it does and human review.
- Do you build custom software for small businesses in the UK?
- Yes. We work with UK small businesses remotely, in English: integrations between your existing tools, internal tools, web and mobile apps, and automation. Each stage is quoted at a fixed price after the Recon.
- Do you do systems integration for small and mid-sized businesses in the US?
- Yes. We work with US small and mid-sized businesses remotely, in English, on systems integration, data, custom software and legacy modernisation. The engagement model is the same: Recon, Launch, In Orbit and Mission Control.
- Do you do systems integration and custom software for SMEs across Spain, not only in Valencia?
- Yes. We are based in Valencia and work with businesses and public bodies across Spain, in Spanish or English.
- Do we have to replace our ERP or CRM?
- No. We work with what you already run, whether that is an ERP, a shared Excel file, a CRM, email, WhatsApp or an application that is twenty years old.
- Do you work with the public sector?
- Yes. We work for public bodies through the integrators that hold the contracts and through existing contracts and framework agreements, keeping legacy systems running while they are renewed.
- How long until something is in production?
- A Launch takes 3 to 4 weeks at a fixed price, quoted once the Recon is done. After that it runs In Orbit, and Mission Control covers support and improvements each month.
- Is it only AI?
- No. Most of the work is software, integration, data, apps and legacy systems. AI is one tool, used only where it improves the result.
- Can you work as a subcontractor for our consultancy or integrator?
- Yes. We take on integration, data, application or AI lots inside your project, under your methodology and, if you ask, under your brand.
