Systems integration, custom software and AI, end to end.
We embed in your operation, connect the systems you already run, build the software that is missing and add AI where it pays off. The same team diagnoses, builds and maintains.
In short
SME Analytica is a systems integration and custom software company based in Valencia, Spain. Our engineers work inside your operation, connect the systems you already run and build what is missing: integrations, data and dashboards, internal tools, web and mobile apps, automation and legacy modernisation, with AI where it pays off, through to production.
What we build
Custom software
Applications and internal tools built for your process, with users, permissions and a record of what happens.
Systems integration
ERP, CRM, email, WhatsApp, calendars, spreadsheets and older applications, connected so data moves on its own.
Data and dashboards
Data from several systems, clean and in one place, with dashboards that update themselves.
Internal tools
Operations panels, review queues and forms that replace the back and forth of emails and spreadsheets.
Web and mobile apps
For your team or your customers, connected to what you already have.
Process automation
Repetitive steps done by the system, with a person approving what needs approval.
Legacy modernisation
Getting data and functions out of older systems without stopping them, and replacing them piece by piece.
AI where it pays off
Classifying, extracting, replying or summarising, only where it improves the result, always with clear limits and human review.
How engagements work
Every project goes through the same four stages, each at a fixed price. We do not publish rates because each job is sized in the Recon.
1
Recon
Fixed price
We map the process, the data and the systems. You leave with a plan and a fixed quote. If we carry on, it is credited against Launch.
2
Launch
3 to 4 weeks · fixed price
We build and integrate. 50% at the start and 50% when it goes into production.
3
In Orbit
In production
The system runs on its own, with a log of what it does and a person where one is needed.
4
Mission Control
Monthly
Support, adjustments and improvements as your business changes.
Fixed price
You know what it costs before we start.
The Recon is credited
If we go on to the Launch, what you paid for the Recon is credited against it.
Whoever diagnoses builds
No salespeople or middlemen. The engineer who understands your process is the one who builds it.
Who for
Private companies, small and large
From a workshop that runs on a spreadsheet to a company with several systems that do not talk to each other.
Public sector
Town halls and public bodies with case files, registers and applications that are years old. The scope fits the contract.
IT teams
We work inside your team, with your tools and your rules.
Integrators and consultancies
As a subcontractor on integration, data or AI projects, with your client and your methodology.
Deployments in production
Conversa and Facturia are two systems we built this way and run in production. Each has its own page, and the published evidence explains what is measured and what is not.
Conversa
WhatsApp connected to an estate agency's CRM. It answers with each property's details, qualifies the buyer and hands a person whatever is not its call.

Automated invoicing: invoices by WhatsApp or web, expenses from a photo and the quarterly tax forms prepared.

Guides
Short answers to the questions we hear most before a project starts.
- Do you need Palantir?
A data platform, or integrating what you already have: an honest table for deciding before you spend on licences.
- What is a data ontology
The objects, links and actions of your operation, with examples, and how to build one on what you already run.
- Custom software: when it pays off
An honest table for choosing between custom and off-the-shelf, and how it is built on what you already run.
- Subcontracting for integrators
What we take on inside an integrator’s project, how it is contracted and how we protect their client relationship.
- Public sector
Legacy systems, unified data and citizen-facing apps, delivered through integrators and framework agreements.
Frequently asked questions
- Do we need to buy a data platform?
- Not always. With a few core systems and clear workflows, connecting them and building the missing software is usually enough. The Recon settles it before you spend on licences.
- How does a project start?
- With a fixed-price Recon: we map the process, the data and the systems, and you leave with a plan and a fixed price. If we carry on, it is credited against the Launch.
- How long does a Launch take?
- 3 to 4 weeks, at a fixed price, and it ends in production. 50% is paid at the start and 50% when it goes live.
- Why do you not publish prices?
- Because every job is sized in the Recon. You know what each stage costs before it starts.
- Do you only do AI projects?
- No. We do software, integration, data, applications, automation and legacy modernisation. AI comes in only where it improves the result.
- Do you work with the public sector and with integrators?
- Yes. We work inside IT teams, as a subcontractor to integrators and consultancies, and for public bodies through the contracts in force.
