Conversa no longer asks for permission to read your Gmail. Portal enquiries arrive at your agency's lead address, which works with any email provider, and the Connections page has the steps for Idealista, Fotocasa, pisos.com and others. Connecting Google now only asks for calendar access.
For agencies
On the Connections page, your lead address card now shows when the last enquiry email arrived. If an agency that was receiving enquiries by email gets none for 48 hours, our team is alerted and an alert appears on your dashboard, so it can be fixed before a buyer goes unanswered.
For agencies
If someone messages the agency's WhatsApp by mistake, for example to book a restaurant table, Conversa replies once, politely, and closes the conversation. Those chats no longer count among the leads that need you, and in the full lead list they are labelled "Wrong number".
For buyers
If a buyer asks for a time that is already booked, Conversa says so plainly and offers another free time checked against the calendar, instead of passing the conversation to your team. If the calendar cannot be checked, the conversation still goes to a person, as before.
For agencies
The Conversa connector now works in Claude: add it with a link from the connector settings. An agency on Conversa can ask about its leads, conversations and listings in its own words, for example "which leads need me today?". The connection is read-only and can be disconnected at any time from the dashboard.
Availability and detailsFor agencies
When you connect an assistant to your Conversa account, the approval screen shows which agency is connecting, what it can read (leads, conversations and listings) and what it cannot do: send messages, book viewings or change anything. If sign-in fails, you see a clear message in your language instead of an error code.
For buyers
When a buyer books a viewing on WhatsApp, the confirmation now carries the date, time and property address in one message, so they no longer have to ask where it is. If the listing only has the area on file, the confirmation gives the date and time, as before.
