Ask "Which leads need a reply today?" and get the leads Conversa has already qualified. No WhatsApp screenshots, no copying CRM rows.

The morning

Twenty seconds of an agent’s morning.

It reads without sound. The film is in Spanish.

The same problem every morning

Sort first, then reply.

Today

It is 8:30. You screenshot WhatsApp chats, open WhatsApp Web and the CRM, copy row after row and ask an assistant who is serious. By the time you finish pasting, the coffee is cold and nobody has had a reply.

With Conversa connected

“Which leads need a reply today?”

You ask once. The answer comes from the leads Conversa already qualified on WhatsApp: who is serious and why, which viewing is proposed and which conversation needs a person.

Two ways to use it

Useful without an account. Better with Conversa.

No account

For any agent

Even if your agency does not use Conversa.

  • Paste or screenshot enquiries from Idealista, Fotocasa or your website: it tells you who is serious and why, quoting what the buyer wrote.
  • Reply drafts in Spanish, English or Arabic, from the listing facts you paste.
  • Plans viewings without clashes and tells you which buyers are waiting for a follow-up.
  • Handoff summaries to pass a conversation to a colleague.

Read-only: from the chat it never sends, books or changes anything.

Connected

For agencies on Conversa

Your own data, without copy and paste.

  • Sign in with your Conversa account and approve the access in your dashboard.
  • Read-only access to your leads, conversations and listings.
  • See which enquiries Conversa is handling and which ones need a person.

Revocable any time from your dashboard:Connected assistants

Privacy

What the connector can and cannot see.

Can see

  • Without an account: only what you paste or describe in the chat.
  • Connected, depending on what you approve: your recent leads (name, last three digits of the phone number, source portal, property reference, stage and times; never email addresses), conversation summaries and the last 20 messages of a lead, your listings and which enquiries Conversa is handling.

Cannot

  • Send messages, book viewings or change any data.
  • See other agencies’ data.
  • Read or automate your personal WhatsApp.

Your data stays in Conversa, with your agency. The assistant only receives the answer to each request, and what appears in your chat is subject to the terms of your Claude or ChatGPT account.

FAQ

What people usually ask.

How much does it cost?

Using the connector without an account costs nothing on our side: you use it with your own Claude or ChatGPT account. Connected mode needs a Conversa account.

Does it send messages to my buyers?

No. From the chat it is read-only: it never sends messages, books viewings or changes anything. Replies to buyers are sent by Conversa from your agency’s WhatsApp, under the rules you set in the platform, not by the assistant.

What data does it see?

Without an account, only what you paste into the chat. Connected, and depending on what you approve: your recent leads (name, last three digits of the phone number, portal, property reference, stage and times; never email addresses), summaries and the last 20 messages of a lead, your listings and which enquiries Conversa is handling. Never another agency’s data.

How do I disconnect it?

In your Conversa dashboard, under Connected assistants (c.smeanalytica.com/plugins/assistants), you revoke each assistant’s access whenever you want. From that moment it can no longer read your data.

Is it available yet?

Not yet. The connector is built and is coming soon to Claude and ChatGPT. When it appears in their directories, this page will say so.

Get to the office with your leads already qualified.

Conversa replies to portal and email enquiries on WhatsApp, qualifies the buyer and prepares the viewing or the handoff. The connector shows you the result where you already work.
