For integrators and consultancies
Engineering subcontracting for systems integrators
In short
A systems integrator can subcontract a specific part of a project to SME Analytica: an integration, a data layer, an application or an AI module. We work inside their methodology, documentation and security requirements, in fixed-price lots and under confidentiality. The integrator remains the prime contractor.
What we take on inside your project
Integrations
ERP, CRM, case-management systems, APIs, files and exchanges with older systems.
Data
Extraction, cleaning, data models and dashboards that update themselves.
Applications
Web, mobile and internal tools for staff or end users.
AI modules
Classifying documents, extracting data or assisting replies, with clear limits, a record and human review.
Modernisation
Getting data and functions out of legacy systems without stopping them, and replacing them piece by piece.
How we fit the way you work
Your methodology
We follow your cycle, agile or milestone-based, and your tracking and communication tools.
Your documentation
We deliver what the contract asks for: design, manuals, tests and minutes, in your templates.
Your security requirements
Named accounts, the environments you choose and no data outside them.
Your delivery process
Reviewable code in your repository, with automated tests and deployment through your pipeline.
Contracting model
A Recon of the lot
We start with a fixed-price Recon: scope, risks, dependencies and plan.
Fixed-price lots
Each lot follows as a fixed-price Launch, with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Maintenance
If the contract includes support, we cover it through Mission Control, monthly.
Confidentiality and white-label
Confidential from day one
We sign the non-disclosure agreement before seeing any project data or documents.
White-label
If you ask, we work under your brand and the end client deals with you.
No publicity
We never use the project as a public case study without written permission from the integrator and the client.
Ownership
The code and documentation belong to the integrator or the end client, as the contract says.
Languages
We work and document in Spanish and English.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you work under our brand?
- Yes. White-label means the end client deals with the integrator, and we answer to the integrator.
- How is a lot priced?
- With a fixed-price Recon first. Each lot then has its own fixed price, with deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Who answers to the end client?
- The integrator, who remains the prime contractor. We answer to the integrator for our part of the work.
- Do you work on public-sector projects?
- Yes, through the integrator that holds the contract and within the contract or framework agreement in force. The public-sector page explains how.
- Do you need access to production data?
- Only what the contract and your security rules allow. Wherever possible we work with test or anonymised data.
- Which languages do you work in?
- Spanish and English, both day to day and in the documentation.

An honest table for choosing between custom and off-the-shelf, and how it is built on what you already run.
- Public sector
Legacy systems, unified data and citizen-facing apps, delivered through integrators and framework agreements.
Start with a Recon.
We map the process, the data and the systems. You leave with a plan and a fixed price, and if we carry on, it is credited against the Launch.
